Cyprus Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA) provides funding for the implementation of Single-Business and Multi-Business Training Programs, as well as Unemployed Training and Staffing Plans for companies with long-term unemployed or graduates of higher education. The trainings are provided by certified Vocational Training Institutions and certified Trainers of Vocational Training in certified Vocational Training Centers. A 20% contribution is given by employers. In addition, the Authority certifies the qualifications of employees based on the System of Professional Qualifications (SEP).
