The Young Tourism Ambassadors program aims to cultivate tourism, hospitality and environmental awareness among students. Officials of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism make a Presentation / Lecture to students of the 6th class of Primary Schools. Moreover, a guided tour in Cyprus by a licensed Guide is offered free of charge. The tour can be counted as one of the planned educational trips of the school year. Schools can choose from the excursions prepared by the Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Tourism for this specific purpose. The children are awarded the Young Tourism Ambassadors Diploma and promotional gifts.
