The Cyprus Productivity Center operates under the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance. The long-standing objective of the Cyprus Productivity Centre is continuous improvement, the introduction of innovation and the provision of new services, programs and activities based on the needs of organizations and their employees, thus contributing to the enhancement of their competitiveness and supporting them so that they are able to face successfully the challenges of the 21st century. The Authority organizes and develops training programs in management according to human resource needs identified in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Authority. Two types of high-level technical vocational training are offered: short-term training programs and fast-paced six-month initial training programs.
